(Benson x Elias) + Soros = Biden
What do you get when you combine a George Soros, a Marc Elias, and a Jocelyn Benson? A society so unraveled, it's basically "open."
Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson has worked on election reform since her time at Wayne State University, and as far back as 2004.
In 2004, the now-Michigan Secretary of State was hired by the DNC to develop a centralized, nationwide election “protection” program.
Concurrently in 2004, two other prominent figures were just hitting their strides in stamping out the voices of the American people: George Soros and Marc Elias.
Our Favorite Past-Time Villain
It seems that since Klaus Schwab’s meteoric rise to Bond-villain status, most of the jabberheads have forgotten to badger the American public ceaselessly about how many decades of work George Soros has put into muting millions of Americans.
When the DNC hired Benson in 2004, it was with actual George Soros money — at least some portion of $23,450,000 donated directly from Soros Fund Management.
It could similarly be surmised that in 2004, the DNC was simultaneously coughing up millions, hand-over-fist, to Perkins Coie powerhouse attorney, Marc Elias. He was, after all, lead counsel for the Kerry-Edwards campaign, and the virtual entirety of the Democratic Party juggernaut.
The Worst Ones Hide The Best: Marc Elias
At the center of the entire thing, of course, is Marc Elias. Elias was Lead Counsel for the Soros-funded Kerry-Edwards campaign, and Perkins Coie was representing the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee in 2004.
Clearly, the parent political organization to all Democrats, the Democratic National Committee, was inescapably connected to Perkins Coie and Marc Elias in 2004.
They hired Benson in 2004 to develop the first nationwide Election Protection program for the DNC. Benson selected, recruited, and trained Voter Protection coordinators in 21 states. These lawyers were trained with the help of Chinese law professors, as per a 2004 memorandum of understanding inked between Benson’s Wayne State University and Beijing Normal University.
The program resulted in deployment of over 17,000 trained election law attorneys — election lawyers. Marc Elias is an election lawyer. (They say to repeat things three times to get your point across.)
Secretary of State Project
The Daily Caller via Yahoo! News reported in 2010 that George Soros’ Secretary of State Project was defeated, and goes on to highlight that the 527 organization raised at least $182,035 in the 2010 cycle, and was an official recipient of the Democracy Alliance.
Democracy Alliance is a financial organization that pushes capital to media outlets and activist groups. Soros was at the time part of the Alliance, which, also in 2010, included billionaires Peter B. Lewis and Herb and Marion Sandler and over 100 other of Bernie Sanders’ whipping-post “1%.”
While it’s likely not news to those who closely pay attention to these things, it’s worth mentioning that the vision of the Secretary of State Project was that also of Benson in 2010, and endorsed her campaign in 2010. Among Alliance donors was the founder of ACORN’s Project Vote.
Put It All Together
Now, we have a nicely packaged scenario that can summarily describe the incestuous relationship between (sometimes international) megadonor activists, academic activists-turned-politicians, and establishment megaliths (an election attorney, in this case). So let’s “draw a line,” so-to-speak, beginning from the inception of the Democratic Party’s initiative to “reform” election process — not election integrity.

In 2020, the website, 100percentfedup.com wrote of some of Benson’s questionable ties with the Mainland communist regime in regards to American elections:
“The current Michigan Secretary of State also visited the Northwest University of Politics and Law and the Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing to court students.
Roughly six months later, Benson’s employee, Wayne State University Law School Associate Professor Paul Dubinsky, similarly visited China in an effort to “boost ties.” He visited five Chinese state-run institutions before inking a memorandum of understanding with Beijing Normal University.”
Jocelyn Benson’s employee and colleague visited with five PRC-operated institutions and inked a memorandum of understanding with Beijing Normal University.
Beijing Normal University was the MSU sister-school who hosted the newly established U.S.-China Center for Research in Educational Excellence that I covered previously in my pieces on MSU-affiliated election company, Konnech. The Center was established by the Sun Wah Foundation.
The partnership was the predicate for which Michigan-based election company, Konnech, built the website, ChineseBrief for Yong Zhao and the MSU Confucius Institute in 2006 — but was built as a data-hoarding platform, by its very nature. The Sun Wah Foundation evidently maintained a close relationship with Konnech and MSU through 2022.
This is actually going to be relevant a little bit later.
Tsinghua University — Again Again
Benson lectured in 2009 at Xi Xinping’s alma mater (and occasional target of my own writings), Tsinghua University.
Michigan State University biometrics savant, Anil Jain had also just begun his three-year tenure at the Chinese university as part of his apparent entry into the CCP’s 2009 “foreign experts” talent recruitment program.
Jain has worked on major FBI, DOJ, and DHS biometrics research projects, and is a leader the NSF’s CITeR biometrics lab at MSU. You can read more about that here.
Amidst a 2013-2015 flurry of IP transfers between Konnech’s associative companies in China, Microsoft was also making correlative moves in the U.S. with the same type of IP, sending a grant to MSU biometrics researcher, Alex Liu, for the same technologies that were transferred by close Microsoft associates, Konnech.
In 2014, Perkins Coie and its client Microsoft, attended a seminar hosted by the Gao Lulin Foundation and sponsored by Tsinghua University School of Law in Silicon Valley.
The seminar focused directly on how to legally transfer intellectual property in the technology sector as it pertains to each nation’s respective laws. The seminar itself didn’t usher in a new wave of development within the sector, but instead marks a shift of the industry at the time.
There was a new emphasis on merging technologies and companies across national borders and international lines — with a country listed as one of four threats to national cybersecurity, along with Russia, North Korea, and Iran.
The law firm promptly established new, separate English and Chinese landing pages to its website.
Twenty Years of Neglect
Nestled within the Chinese Communist Party’s own social engineering proving grounds is Benson’s, and ipso facto, Marc Elias’ and the Democratic National Committee’s bases to their entire election agenda.
Remember that Benson’s own Wayne State University colleague and employee signed an agreement with the very same university that had also just finalized a formal agreement with Michigan State to share talent and research to merge Eastern and Western ideals into society moving forward.
What that means is…
Benson was pooling legal talent from the same source for Wayne State that was being provided to Michigan State by the Financial Advisor to the President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dr. Jonathan KS Choi, and the Confucius Institute.
The Chinese Academy of Sciences is described by the Foundation for Defense of Democracies as:
“Enormous and diverse, CAS sits at the center of China’s R&D ecosystem, with operations in civilian as well as military and dual-use domains.”
Perkins Coie client, Microsoft began a special relationship with Konnech in 2004, while Microsoft Research Asia and Konnech’s co-founder, Lionel Ni were pooling talent from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and also while the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ Financial Advisor was funneling money and product between Konnech and Beijing by way of the Confucius Institute.
All of this while Sun Wah’s education program at Beijing Normal University inevitably helped Jocelyn Benson shape election reform initiatives for the entire DNC; and while the DNC, Marc Elias and Perkins Coie saw to it that those Chinese-influenced initiatives were iron-clad legally.
Fast forward 10 years to 2014, and Perkins Coie and its client is meeting with international attorneys and companies to discuss how to transfer IP between nations and companies “legally,” while Microsoft is actively exchanging money for the same IP that was changing Konnech hands in China.
In fact, there are at least 17,000 election lawyers running around America trained by Benson’s and CCP-influenced election and legal ideologies, and there are at least two election companies running around America selling CCP-influenced election systems that at least one of those 17,000 CCP-trained lawyers are running around defending.
The concern is equally about the Chinese communist influence within our most sacred institution as it is about the influence from Chinese military-linked programs, institutions, and the implications that has on every miniscule aspect of our government…and now our daily lives.
Final Thoughts
This is why it is critical to pay attention.
Think about why you’re seeing the news you see. News stories are usually written around only one of the facts I presented here.
This is why education, truth, and open access information has been attacked for so long. If no one catches on for just long enough, it can progress so far as beyond redemption.
We have not reached that tipping point just yet, but it’s just on the other side of 2024 if we do not enact safeguards and protections, and outright ban certain practices nationwide before we get there.
Leave it to the states, yes. But national security is national security. Instead of inflicting “national security” on Iraq, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Russia, China, America could be imposing “disinformation” we start here and inflict it on those who have partnered with the Chinese Communist Party to attack elections?
There’s a committee for that now. And a precedent.
Government should not be a weapon (the antithesis to the Constitution) and neither should election law…until it needs to be ended once and for all.
Subpoena Marc Elias and Jocelyn Benson, Rep. Comer. The world will be eternally grateful that you did.
