A SERIOUS CLARIFICATION
Before we go down too many fruitless rabbit holes...
As I’m sure many are already aware, I am no expert, nor am I entirely adept at deciphering things through the lens of the same psychological chaos we have all endured the last ten-or-so years.
I’ve never been trained in any of these things.
In my last article, I erroneously referred to Gregg Phillips as an FBI “informant,” furthering a common, rampant misconception about he and Catherine Engelbrecht that deserves to be clarified and corrected.
Both Gregg and Catherine were working entirely independently, not being compensated, contracted, nor operating in any capacity on anyone else’s behalf during the entirety of the time that I spent in the trenches with either of them.
The have made numerous public statements heretofore that they were simply reporting what they believed were criminal activities to the proper channels they had at their disposal. With Gregg’s previous professional background, he would certainly be the one to have the ability to ascertain that very thing.
I never observed any actions nor behavior in any way that would suggest that they were working FOR the FBI in ANY capacity.
In fact, I DO have direct knowledge that they were indeed TARGETED by the FBI for attempting to bring attention to the situation that was developing at the time in regards to Eugene Yu and the company called Konnech.
I in fact witnessed, myself, several privileged conversations carried out in multiple ways at various times that directly proved that very fact. They had no reason to lie to each other in those conversations.
