Theory No More, Part Eight: The Great Puzzle
It's not very often the United States government backs itself into a quandary so large that it can't even BS its way out of it...but they did it this time.

If you’ve followed along with my social media arc over the last two years, you will find my own frustration and disgust at the need for these particular types of operations, and the public’s general tendencies to latch on to salacious, outlandish theories.
I am a civilian with no prior experience in these matters, but have grown acutely aware of the existence and the methods of which that operation has taken place through numerous first-hand personal experiences.
This article is written for the general public’s knowledge, solely to END THE ENDLESS wars, psychological operations against the American populace, and unbridled corruption that has plagued every “developed” country in the world for the countless generations.
If there is any justice in this world left at all, this should help bring THE END of those programs.
The “What”
Over the last few weeks, the internet has been teeming with outlandish theories, doctored media, misrepresented facts, and out-of-context, or simply uninformed takes on the drones that have most notably appeared over the skies of coastal New Jersey.
What we know from “trusted” government sources seems to conflict at every new statement, however, this is not the case at all.
A hallmark of government disclosures is to never disclose all of the pieces to the story at the same time, and never from the same source. The most salacious and incensing information is almost always disclosed in a leaking fashion over many years, coming from all reaches of publicly available press.
It's a wise practice in deciphering sensitive government disclosures to always take the morsels of information at face value and reassemble each one into a larger picture.
Here are the baseline facts (the facts are that these people have SAID these things, NOT that these statements are all total FACTS)...
Congressman Jim Himes (D-CT)
Congressman Himes, on December 17, 2024, entertained a press gaggle where he made several very clear, definitive statements. These statements came on the heels of prior remarks given days before on December 15, 2024.
The drones are NOT of a federal operation
There are no laws being broken by any of the drones
NOT Chinese
NOT Iranians
NOT Martians
COULD BE privately operated

On December 11, one week before the publishing of this article, Congressman Jeff Van Drew submitted to FoxNews that:

“We know it’s not our own government”
“...some really glorified hobbyist, or hobbyists, that were doing something unbelievable, they just don’t have the technology.”
QUOTE: “Iran made a deal with China to purchase drones, motherships, and technology in order to go forward.”
“...the military is on alert with this.”

Just today (at the time of this writing (December 17, 2024), Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi stated at the Symposium on the International Situation and China’s Foreign Relations an optimistic message to the United States:
”This fully shows that as long as China and the United States cooperate with each other, they can accomplish many great things together.”

The “Why”
Psychological Operations - “PSYOPS”
Since at least 2013 and the passage of the Smith-Mundt Modernization, there have been ongoing “psychological operations” supplanted into every major news story, broadcast, and news organization under domestic American jurisdiction, to some varying degrees.
If you are unfamiliar with the Smith-Mundt modernization, it effectively allows U.S. government officials to disseminate news and information programs produced by the government at taxpayers’ expense for “audiences abroad.”

The trick that has since been weaponized, however, is to originate sometimes ENTIRELY false stories abroad and have them filter back into the domestic news and information sphere.
This is the source of the LEGALIZED government propaganda of which we have all grown weary for over a decade now.
“Ongoing Investigations”
True The Vote
Since at least 2022, I‘ve been acutely aware and partially privy to an openly apparent investigation into some degree of criminal activity.
In August of 2022, an election nonprofit organization called True The Vote with the assistance and resources of Gregg Phillips organized a symposium of internet influencers called “The Pit.”
It was very openly and clearly stated at the event that there was an active investigation into a Michigan-based election company called “Konnech” with some loose and mysterious connections to Mainland China through personal data breaches.
These data breaches landed the personal data of over a million American citizens on computer servers in Mainland China.
In December of 2022, I began formally working as a contracted investigator for True The Vote as a result of my early work with the social media influencers who attended “The Pit” event in the Arizona desert.
Since that time, it has become public knowledge that Gregg Phillips was working to some degree as an FBI informant, or at the least, contributing to them.

InfoWars
Furthermore, the MAGA “influencer” sphere, namely the shock-jock news site “InfoWars,” and the January 6th riots were all verifiably influenced to some degree by direct FBI involvement and/or direction through two men named Joe Biggs and Enrique Tarrio.

America’s Future
The subject of much ire and contempt since the 2016 Presidential campaign of Donald J. Trump has been none other than retired three-star General Michael T. Flynn.
Flynn led the military intelligence in Afghanistan, led the Defense Intelligence Agency under President Obama, and was Trump’s National Security Advisor for the first few weeks of the first Trump administration until he was forced out on what are now known to be false accusations from the American intelligence community.

It is my belief through deep investigation that this was a product of a silent “civil war” between military intelligence and the (corrupt arms of a domestic) Intelligence Community. Furthermore, I believe much of this was due to the improper — and UNCONSTITUTIONAL — use of the FBI, CIA, and NSA as domestic intelligence agencies.
He found his way into heading a seemingly CIA-founded nonprofit organization devoted primarily since 2020 to combatting the scourge of human and child trafficking.

Throughout the course of my two-year investigation into these matters, I stumbled into my own legal snafu with a member of the “Little Flower Advisory Board” of America’s Future, whereupon I was required to execute a legal action against one of its members.
As a result (no further action of consequence was required and the matter was resolved amicably), I was able to decipher that this member specifically was engaged in one or many of these type investigations I laid out above.

Key Points to Remember
Chinese “Police” Stations in America
Back on April 17, 2023, the FBI arrested two Chinese men living in New York City for operating a Chinese “police station” to monitor Chinese nationals in the United States.
Their statement read in part:
“This prosecution reveals the Chinese government’s flagrant violation of our nation’s sovereignty by establishing a secret police station in the middle of New York City,” said U.S. Attorney Breon Peace for the Eastern District of New York. “As alleged, the defendants and their co-conspirators were tasked with doing the PRC’s bidding, including helping locate a Chinese dissident living in the United States, and obstructed our investigation by deleting their communications. Such a police station has no place here in New York City – or any American community.”
A very crucial detail to keep in mind, due to the nature of the FBI and the federal government’s work in conducting long, complex investigations is the need for disclosure throughout those investigations.
The problem with public disclosure, however, is giving away the nature, targets, and means of carrying out the investigation.
This introduces the critical need for civilian involvement in leaking and disseminating the findings and outcomes of parts of those investigations.

Illegal Immigration, Terrorism Surveillance, and Impending 2024 Congressional Budget “Continuing Resolution (CR)”
As of the writing of this article, the United States Congress was delivered a whopping 1,500 pages of a Continuing Resolution that would yet again extend prior funding of the military-industrial complex and the U.S. federal government writ-large with only hours to review it before taking a floor vote on December 18th.
This comes at a time in American history where the general public is widely aware of the mass influx of undocumented and other illegally-crossed immigrants into the country.
Surveillance, whether it be the military or the intelligence community, and the funding thereof is always a major, costly part of these annual budget bills.
The “How”
This part of the story is dependent upon two major “angles” — The United States and the People’s Republic of China.
The two powerhouse nations and their economies have not only grown more warm and friendly on an operational level, but they have become nearly indistinguishable on an economic level since the mid-1990’s.
Michigan State University
This section may seem convoluted at first, but it’s actually very simple.
ANY investigation into Chinese biometric or surveillance technology, or the technology pipelines thereof will ALWAYS run through these connections, thus hamstringing the FBI and federal government from having any ability to disclose these to the public, else displaying their own complicity by enabling them to exist.
The road starts for the sake of this story back in 1999 with then-Michigan State professor Lionel Ni who is a highly esteemed Chinese scholar, now the President of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology at Guangzhou.
He has had an illustrious career in pervasive computing (cloud computing), RF (wireless) technologies, "Big Data," and many other disciplines. He became a naturalized U.S. Citizen in 1990 with the help of Michigan Congressman Bob Carr.

In 1996, Dr. Ni was listed on a patent with Jerry C. Lin, with a company called LATIC Communications, based in Rockville Maryland.
This invention was the birth of "internet phone" technology.
Jerry C. Lin is the founder and president of Universal Hi-Tech Development, a government contractor in exactly the same field of technologies, also based in Rockville, Maryland, just outside of Washington, D.C.
For the sake of brevity, let's call this a CIA link reaching back to his patent with Lionel Ni, a Michigan State University professor in 1996.
Later, Dr. Lionel Ni developed a device called an "internet emulator," which was used for network diagnostics and was tested by the PRC government (presumably the People's Liberation Army) in 1999.
Th “internet emulator” could be regarded as THE crucial technology of what birthed "cloud computing," though his particular product was not the only specific product to do this.

Fast forward to 2004, and Lionel Ni was straddling tenures at both the new-ish Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Michigan State University.
With Ni's arrival to Hong Kong, then entered a major Michigan State donor, also based in Hong Kong - Dr. Jonathan KS Choi, the CEO of the Hong Kong NGO, Sun Wah Group.
Much of this information is found in many of my prior works, but these two articles spell it out in most detail:
The partnership between Dr. Choi and Michigan State began in 2004 and appears to have run at least through 2021.
Jonathan Choi also serves, still to this day, on the board at Fudan University. This is MONUMENTALLY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER.
Most notably, however, is Jonathan KS Choi’s position as a financial advisor to the dean of the CHINESE ACADEMY OF SCIENCES - a known partner and contributor to the People's Liberation Army.
From 2004-2007, Lionel Ni was faculty at Fudan University as a Guest Professor.
Fudan University's location of Shanghai is also the home of a development center for Microsoft Research Asia — physically at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, for whom Dr. Ni was also the Director for their Hong Kong program for an entire decade between 2004 and 2014.
The FBI itself has deemed Fudan, Peking, Shanghai Jiao Tong, Tsinghua, and Zhejiang Universities all as a threat to national security due to their “intellectual property” theft through China’s “Thousand Talents Program.”
Tsinghua University is a backbone for the international BRICS economic alliance thinktank in Beijing and also has direct ties to the University of Michigan, Carnegie Mellon University, which will be important momentarily.
Tsinghua University, ironically or not, was also partnered with Boeing, who signed a research deal with Lionel Ni while at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, as well as with MIT, who runs a technology incubator with Fudan University.
Ironically, it seems that the federal government itself was the primary reason this “theft” ever coalesced in the first place.
Fudan University is also important because also sitting on its Board of Trustees to this day along with Dr. Jonathan KS Choi is former Cogent Systems (biometric technology) founder and CEO, Ming Hsieh, whose genetic research company, Fulgent Genetics, was recently still receiving federal funding.
This will tie back into MSU and so much more.
During this exact time, an organization called "AZKEF" - short for American Zhu Kezhen Education Foundation, a Zhejiang University alumni group, was in full operation.
Zhejiang University is openly connected to the People’s Liberation Army of China.
AZKEF included Eugene Yu as a member in the early 2000’s, and the organization also ties together multiple professors from across Michigan at different points in time, as you can see in this section of one of my articles here: https://gusquixote.substack.com/i/132697928/the-public-ivy-school

Spartan Chinese School
Spartan Chinese School — the apparent beneficiary of Sun Wah Group’s financing is a clearly apparent conduit to Konnech’s Eugene Yu’s shell companies who filed business reports in between Michigan State University’s K-12 school, the Spartan Chinese School, raising certain indications of a financial link.
Xuefei Huang and Yiying Tong were both professors at Michigan State University and have both spent time working for the Spartan Chinese School.
The K-12 school’s Vice President is a graduate of Peking University, which will also soon be important to remember.
Guangming He of the MSU Innovation Center and Xuefei Huang remained on the Board of Directors of Spartan Chinese School in 2022, well after the Konnech data breach had occurred following their arrival to the building.

This group, AZKEF, is who KanekoaTheGreat exposed for sending now-convicted American citizen and Thousand Talents scholar, Charles Lieber, to Mainland China in the early 2000's, who failed to report his status with the federal government.
Another scholar connected to Charles Lieber through the Thousand Talents Program in 2015 was Ctirad Uher at the University of Michigan, where we will focus in just a moment.
Pentagon and DOJ Funds Surveillance Tech with Member of Chinese Academy of Sciences
This 2010 “Highlight” shows a group a grants from top-level organizations, including the U.S. Military, Dept. of Homeland Security, General Electric, and Cogent Systems.
Anil Jain was inducted into the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2019, presumably for his 3-year stint at Tsinghua University, beginning in 2009.
Cogent Systems was sold on August 30, 2010, and MSU announced the funding with a press release in October. Cogent Systems was owned by Ming Hsieh, now-owner of Fulgent Genetics and on the Board of Trustees at Fudan University with Jonathan KS Choi.

This all goes without mentioning that the federal government’s cyberintrusion program, CERT, was based out of Carnegie Mellon University with another Chinese Academy of Sciences member, Subra Suresh leading the helm, found in my work here:
Also worth noting is Yiying Tong’s shared research with Anil Jain coupled with the collateral fact that Spartan Chinese School paid MSU facial recognition guru, Xiaoming Liu, to speak to their students about his work in the field in 2018.
An impossible amount of coincidence already and it’s only just beginning...
University of Michigan

University of Michigan is the home of the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, named after New York billionaire, Stephen M. Ross. Ross donated $5 million specifically to Benson’s university department after taking the reigns, with the donation coming in 2016 (above).
The Ross School of Business has offered an MBA/MA in Chinese Studies dual degree program through the Center for Chinese Studies since at least 2005. The Center for Chinese Studies has had direct ties to Peking University, Shanghai Jiao Tong through U-Michigan’s joint-institutes.
Xie Yu of the Center for Chinese Studies was, at least in the recent past, the Chair Professor of Peking University’s Thousand Talents Program (the below graphic is enormous).
Jocelyn Benson and Wayne State
Jocelyn Benson’s husband was recently ensnared in a a Detroit City corruption scandal that led him to become the Vice President of Ross’s investment company called Related Companies.
Upon the former Dean of the Wayne State Law program departing the school, leaving Benson as the de facto Dean of the program in 2012, her former boss wound up advertising his services in a secretly stored document in Chinese to help Thousand Talents professors or students “navigate” the intricacies of American law (translated document below).
Not only these connections, but AZKEF also connected to Benson’s Wayne State University in 2012 through Wu Xiaofeng (top left below), as well as to Lionel Ni AND the Thousand Talents Program in the same professor, Xu Chengzhong (bottom right below and next graphic).
Jocelyn Benson has also spent her share of time in the past cris-crossing paths at both Tsinghua University at the same time that MSU professor Anil Jain was tenured (2nd-to-bottom of 2nd graphic), and also at Beijing Normal University (bottom of 2nd graphic), where MSU donor and Hong Kong billionaire Jonathan KS Choi still operates his Mainland K-12 school, 3e International School (below graphic).

University of Washington and Microsoft
The Jocelyn Benson connections are crucially important to this story because of her direct ties to Marc Elias in the 2020 election, and therefore Perkins Coie, the same firm who represents Microsoft.
In 2014, Perkins Coie and its client Microsoft, attended a seminar hosted by the Gao Lulin Foundation and sponsored by Tsinghua University School of Law in Silicon Valley.
Perkins Coie has enjoyed an FBI workstation INSIDE their own offices for years, or at least until the general public were made aware.
This being the case, it also drags the computing giant of Microsoft into the story with their direct ties to Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and the joint-institute that they operate at the University of Washington — the GIX Institute — with again, Tsinghua University.

The Cross-Pollination of Technologies

Dr. Ni was awarded a business license in Mainland China, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province with his business partners, both living in America, En Wei "Andy" Chai, and Chen Chengqiang all the way back in 2001.

There is some uncertainty whether Chen Chengqiang is the same entity who also manages Fudan University’s InnoSPACE technology “incubator,” though they share the same Chinese spellings of their names. See photos here, here, here and here.
Whatever the case, this very easily serves as a funnel for intellectual property and technology between Fudan University and the U.S. and/or Lionel Ni and the U.S. The result of either would be the same.
The Drone Connection
Now why did I spend all of that time connecting Microsoft, Michigan, Perkins Coie, the FBI, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (and/or the People’s Liberation Army), Tsinghua University, Fudan University, and MIT?
DJI Drones were developed under Dr. Ni's program by his student Frank Wang in 2006 — while Ni was the Director of the Microsoft Research Asia program in Hong Kong, which has a separate site at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
In 2007, Lionel Ni landed a monster deal with Boeing. The deal had no ceiling, and had no time limit - a professor’s dream, and one he was already enjoying with the full backing of both Ministries of Education and of Science and Technology.
Naturally, it, too, was run in conjunction with Tsinghua University.
Perhaps this cooperation between HKUST and Boeing was a result of Frank Wang’s 2006 success in building drones, which eventually blossomed into the notorious drones used for mischief around the globe.
Lionel Ni is also nearly-permanently fixated within the orbit of Jonathan Choi through Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Thus, Lionel Ni has been the epicenter of academic and technological exchanges between the institutions in Michigan with Benson’s legal orbit notably facilitating legal navigation between the entities.
Lionel Ni single-handedly is capable of developing “un-crackable” security schemes and novel encryption methods — thus potentially explaining why the federal government would not be able to intercept the transmissions to or from the current drones over New Jersey.
Whatever the case, this is an iron-clad circuit of intellectual property transfer and espionage all happening under the nose of the FBI “investigating” the very same national security risks, even with direct involvement at Michigan State.
Who was leading the Detroit Field Office at the time that the FBI had an academic alliance with Michigan State University for these purposes?
Steven D’Antuono.
For those seriously dialed into the recent exploits of the FBI, you may remember D’Antuono from his time leading the Washington Field Office during January 6th, a post he assumed just weeks before the 2020 election; But you may also remember him for leading the Detroit Field Office during the “attempted kidnapping” of Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
Just on December 16, 2024, NYPD recovered a large drone which was the property of a company named Amogy whose CEO is a researcher and/or contributor to MIT who maintains a joint-lab with Fudan University.
Are you seeing a pattern?
The Biggest Kahuna - The Biden “Crime Family”
All of these connections would absolutely be laid bare if any public disclosure were to come about, if only through the Amogy drone recovery, which to note, has not been linked whatsoever to the current drone fiasco.
Let’s be serious for a moment when considering that Amogy CEO Seonghoon Woo claims it was left outside for a month after a company party, but no one in bustling New York City reported it until the 16th of December.
The Glue to the Belt and Road Espionage(?) Ring
Maritime Silk Road Society (MSRS)
In 2015, the Maritime Silk Road Society was launched with none other than Jonathan KS Choi as a member by 2016, and was joined by Hunter Biden's business partner, Ye Jianming who disappeared in China around 2018 following the "f*cking spy chief of China" Patrick Ho's arrest in New York in 2018.

In 2017, the Maritime Silk Road Society hosted the Consul General of Iran for Hong Kong and Macau to explore opportunities to extend the Belt and Road Initiative's influence into Iran.
In late 2019, the Trump Administration levied sanctions against Iran. The US Treasury condemned Iran for using falsified documents and other deceptive tactics to secretly ship equipment for Iran’s Aerospace Industries Organization (AIO) and Shahid Hemmat Industries Group, who operate Iran’s ballistic missile program.
On December 11, 2024, FoxNews reported that the Biden Administration extended their $10 BILLION sanctions waiver that essentially made more capital accessible to the Islamic Republic.
Ever since 2017, accusations have flown that CEFC could be serving as a conduit to help Iran evade sanctions.
What has been woefully underreported throughout the last many years, even in spite of the Biden family’s past accusations of assisting Iran around sanctions, has been CEFC’s attempted tendering of a deal with Vladimir Putin’s “right-hand man” through Russian oil giant Rosneft.
China launched their own investigation into the Rosneft deal just after Patrick Ho was arrested in New York in early 2018, a clear indication of bilateral cooperation between American and Chinese authorities. Ye Jianming has not been heard from since.
Back to the Drones
Exposing the drones would expose not only the FBI, but also the entire Biden family, the entire Pentagon, dating all the way back to Jim Biden and Paradigm Global Advisors in 2009.

In the 2025-2026 HKUST Post-grad prospectus, just as one example, an associate professor at Colorado State who is also from Iran talked about his choice of HKUST to be the best decision he'd made.
HKUST also maintains a dual-degree program with Sharif University of Technology in Iran, just as one example.
Their disciplines include Aerospace Engineering, Chemical and Petroleum Engineering, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management and Economics, Materials Science and Engineering, Mathematical Science, and Mechanical Engineering.
This is a prime conduit for the transfer of intellectual property and technology from HKUST to Iran.
